Episodic depression can be triggered by:
- Fatigue
- Menopause
- Other medicines
- Chemical imbalances (imbalances in blood calcium levels or low levels of body iron, namely anemia)
- Stress of every day
- Infections
- Alcohol
Symptoms of depression
The first symptoms of depression that occur are those related to sadness, the anger, distrust of self, lack of hope.

1. Initial treatment

- Rest
