Depeche Mode is an English electronic music band formed in 1980, in Basildon, Essex, England.
The trio is formed by Dave Gahan (lead vocals), Martin Gore (keyboards, guitar, vocals, chief songwriter after 1981) and Andrew Fletcher (keyboards).
Depeche Mode is one of the longest-lived, most successful and influential bands to have emerged from the New Wave era.
Depeche Mode have released 12 albums and their greatest hits include: "Personal Jesus", "Enjoy the Silence", "People are People" and "The Things You Said".
